1. Offline Course Refund Policy
- Refunds are not available after the course starts.
- If a student cancels enrollment before the course starts, a processing fee of ₹5,000 will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Online Course Refund Policy
- Refunds are available only if requested within 3 days of purchase, provided no lessons have been accessed.
- No refunds are applicable after accessing any course materials.
3. Course Transfer
- Students may transfer their enrollment to another batch within 7 days of starting the course.
- Transfers are subject to batch availability and approval by Bexova Academy.
