Note: Bexova Academy primarily offers digital courses, but we also provide physical certificates upon request.
1. Shipping Information
- We only ship certificates and digital products.
- Some courses include a physical certificate for free, while others provide only a digital copy.
- If you need a physical copy of the certificate, we will ship it to your address for an additional charge of ₹500.
2. Digital Product Delivery
- By default, we provide digital products via a cloud link for download.
- If you prefer Pen Drive or Hard Disk delivery, we can arrange that for an additional fee.
3. Shipping Charges
- Digital certificates and product links are provided free of charge.
- Physical certificate shipping: ₹500 extra.
- Pen Drive or Hard Disk for digital products: Charges depend on the storage option selected.
4. Exchanges & Replacements
- If a physical certificate is damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge (proof required).
- Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
